1. During a call, tap Transfer.
2. Choose the type:
   • Consult first: You speak with the destination first.
   • Direct: The call goes to the destination immediately.
3. Choose the destination.
4. On a consult, tap Hand over as soon as the destination is ready.

If the destination does not answer a consult, the held call returns to you automatically.

1. During a call, tap Park.
2. A red bar shows the parked call.
3. Tap Retrieve to continue the call.

iPhone: A conference is created from two connected calls.

1. Answer a second call, or start Transfer with Consult first.
2. Once both calls are connected, tap Conference.

Android:

1. During a call, tap Conference.
2. Choose Add participant and call the person.

When a colleague's extension rings, bring the call to you:

• in the bar of a favorite via the Pick up icon
• with a long press in Favorites, Contacts, or Recent via Pick up
• on the contact page via Pick up ringing call

The call then rings for you.
