1. Open the extension.
2. Select Aktionen (Actions) and Tischtelefon provisionieren (Provision desk phone).
3. Under Telefon hinzufügen (Add phone), enter the Geräteadresse (MAC) (Device address (MAC)) from the sticker on the phone and select Prüfen (Check).
4. Search for the model in the catalog. If Kein Modell gefunden (No model found) appears, contact INGOS.
5. Confirm that you have checked the device address and the model.
6. Select Telefon zuordnen (Assign phone).

The phone is set up with German as the language, the Berlin time zone, and an encrypted connection to the phone system. After you plug it in, place a test call.

Each device has three buttons:

• Einstellungen (Settings) opens display and time, ringing, voice quality, connection to the phone system, and network. You save with Vorschau (Preview) and Übernehmen (Apply).
• Jetzt übertragen (Send now) sends the settings to the phone immediately.
• Lösen (Release) disconnects the phone from the extension.

1. On the extension, select Aktionen and Tastenbelegung (Key assignment).
2. Select Taste hinzufügen (Add key) and the type of key.
3. For Colleague, Night mode, and My status, select the destination.
4. Select Tastenprofil speichern (Save key profile).

The keys apply to all desk phones on this extension. Up to 60 keys are possible. Employees with edit permission also assign their own keys under My keys.
