1. Your home page

Mein Tag (My day) is your home page in INGOS Phone. It shows how your workday on the phone is going. Only you see this page.

2. Daily rings

Three rings fill up during the day:

Anrufe (Calls): handled calls
Minuten (Minutes): talk time
Antworten (Replies): messages you answer in the app and on the web

You adjust the goals with Ziele ändern (Change goals) and save with Ziele speichern (Save goals). You can turn off the Antworten ring.

3. Your emblems

On special days you receive emblems, such as Erstes Gespräch (First call) or Frühstarter (Early starter). Emblems stay permanently. You see the history for the last 30 days.

4. Your menu items

On the left you find everything for your extension:

Firmen-Anrufbeantworter (Company voicemail)	Mailboxes assigned to you
Meine Rufumleitung (My call forwarding)	What happens on busy or no answer
Nicht stören (Do not disturb)	Silence the phone
Meine Hotlines (My hotlines)	Sign in and out of queues
Mein Anrufbeantworter (My voicemail)	Your voice messages and settings
Meine Tasten (My keys)	Keys on the desk phone
Meine Rufnummer (My number)	Number people you call see
Meine Aufnahmen (My recordings)	Recordings of your calls
Meine Arbeitszeiten (My work hours)	Your personal hours
Meine App (My app)	Connect your mobile

Depending on activation, Nachrichten (Messages) also appears at the very top.
