Your access to my.ingos.com must be linked to your extension. INGOS sets this up. If no button for a code appears under Meine App (My app), contact your administrator.

1. Install the INGOS Phone app from the App Store or from Google Play.
2. In the web interface, open Meine App.
3. Select Code für die App erzeugen (Generate app code).
4. Open the app and select INGOS-QR scannen (Scan INGOS QR).
5. Scan the code on the screen.

The code is valid for 10 minutes and exactly once. If it has expired, generate a new one. A new code disconnects the devices you already linked.

Under Angebundene Geräte (Connected devices), you see each connected phone with its status and last use. Trennen (Disconnect) removes a device. It then needs a new code.

If you generated codes but did not use them, revoke them with Offene Codes zurücknehmen (Revoke open codes).
