• Extensions have a persönlichen Anrufbeantworter (Personal voicemail) that the person manages themselves.
• A Firmen-Anrufbeantworter (Company voicemail) takes messages for a team or outside business hours.

1. Open Anrufbeantworter (Voicemail) and, in the page header, choose Anrufbeantworter bearbeiten (Edit voicemail).
2. Choose Neuer Anrufbeantworter (New voicemail).
3. Enter Name (Name) and Durchwahl (Direct number). 3 to 6 digits are allowed.
4. Optionally enter email recipients, up to 15.
5. Choose Vorschau (Preview) and Anlegen (Create). A PIN is assigned automatically.
6. Choose Im Anrufbuilder (In Call builder) and connect it there to the call flow, for example outside business hours.

Alternatively, create it directly in Call builder: Bausteine (Blocks), Anrufbeantworter, Neu… (New…).

Later, you change the name, language, time announcement, email notification, PIN, and greeting.

Under Anrufbeantworter, you listen to messages and download them. With a status, you keep track, for example Unread, Done, or Spam. Only administrators set notes and delete messages.

You create your own statuses with a color under Einstellungen (Settings) and Anrufbeantworter-Status (Voicemail status).

On the extension, under Aktionen (Actions) and Persönlicher Anrufbeantworter (Personal voicemail), you set the settings and reset the PIN or turn it off. A new PIN appears only once.

Only that person sees the messages on personal voicemail.

Employees see company voicemails assigned to them under Firmen-Anrufbeantworter. They manage their own voicemail themselves, see Calls and voicemail.

You can delete a company voicemail once no number points to it anymore. Confirm with its name. After that, it is in Trash, and its messages are not.
