Under Meine Tasten (My keys), you assign the function keys on your desk phone.

1. Choose + Taste (+ Key).
2. Choose the type, such as Kollege (Colleague). For Kollege, Nachtschaltung (Night mode), and Mein Status (My status), also choose the destination.
3. Choose Speichern (Save).

The keys apply to all desk phones on your extension. If you only see a view, the administration changes your keys. Set up a desk phone explains the key types.

Under Meine Rufnummer (My number), you choose which number people you call see.

1. Under Angezeigte Rufnummer (Displayed number), choose one of your numbers on file.
2. Choose Speichern.

If no number is on file, people you call see the line number.
