Under Nachrichten (Messages), you write to colleagues directly in the browser. Conversations also appear in the app.
Messages are available when they are enabled for your company and an extension is assigned to you. To write, you need edit permission for your extension.
Filter the list by Alle (All), Ungelesen (Unread), Direkt (Direct), and Gruppen (Groups).
In the web interface, you start one-to-one conversations. You also read and reply to group conversations here, for example from the app.
Open the menu on a message:
On the conversation, choose Stummschalten (Mute), Als ungelesen markieren (Mark as unread), or Aus der Liste entfernen (Remove from list).
Under Einstellungen (Settings) and Allgemein (General), you turn on a sound and a system alert for new messages. The system alert needs an encrypted connection. The alert never shows the message content. The setting applies to this browser.
