The INGOS Phone app connects to an extension through a QR code. You generate the code for your employees. Alternatively, employees generate it themselves under My app.

• The extension has an email address on file.
• The person has access to my.ingos.com that is linked to this extension. INGOS sets up this access.

If the access is missing, the message „Für dieses Konto ist keine Nebenstelle zugeteilt.“ (No extension is assigned to this account.) appears.

1. Open the extension.
2. Select Aktionen (Actions) and Telefon anbinden (Connect phone).
3. Select Telefon-App (Phone app).
4. Select Code für INGOS Phone erzeugen (Generate code for INGOS Phone) and confirm.
5. Give the code to the person. They scan it in the app with INGOS-QR scannen (Scan INGOS QR).

In the extension, under Angemeldete Geräte (Signed-in devices), you see which devices are connected. You remove a device with Telefon trennen (Disconnect phone).

Apps before version 1.0.8 use an older code. You find it under Telefon anbinden in the Alter Anbindungs-Code (Old connection code) section with Alten Code anzeigen (Show old code). It is better to ask employees to update the app from the store.

1. Disconnect the device under Angemeldete Geräte.
2. Inform INGOS so the sign-in credentials on the phone system are renewed.
3. Connect the new device with a new code.
