Deleted entries stay in Papierkorb (Trash) for a period. The period is usually 30 days. Each row shows how many days remain.

Trash holds extensions, groups, company voicemails, contacts, direct numbers, auto attendants, exceptions, and conference rooms, among others.

Voice messages and call recordings do not go to Trash. They are deleted permanently right away.

You restore these entries yourself:

• Extension
• Company voicemail
• Direct number assignment
• Auto attendant

1. Open Papierkorb and, on the entry, choose Zurückholen (Restore).
2. Check the preview. It shows what comes back and what does not.
3. Choose Jetzt zurückholen (Restore now).

Support restores most other entries for you. Announcements and music on hold cannot be restored.

Restore and Remove permanently work only for entries that were deleted through the web interface. What INGOS deleted for you appears dimmed. Contact support for that.

Endgültig entfernen (Remove permanently) deletes an entry before the period ends. After that, you can no longer restore it.

INGOS sets the period for you. Tell us the duration you want.
