Sign in to my.ingos.com and open the Backup app. The app remembers where you were last: after a reload, it opens the same view and the same device again.

The sidebar
- At the top: Übersicht (Overview), Karte (Map), and Kalender (Calendar).
- Below that, your devices, grouped by Server (server), Workstations (Workstations), and NAS (NAS), each with a count. The colored dot on the icon shows the status.
- At the bottom: Speicherverbrauch (Storage usage), Empfehlungen (Recommendations), Alarme & Aufgaben (Alerts & Tasks), Compliance (Compliance), Support (Support), and Einstellungen (Settings).
The header
- Firmenname (Company name): shows which company's data you are viewing.
- Standortwahl (Site selection): appears when your company has several sites. Choose Alle Standorte (All sites) or a single site. The number next to it states the devices at the site.
- Gerätesuche (Device search): finds a device by name or site. It appears from seven devices upward.
- Mond- bzw. Sonnen-Symbol (Moon or sun icon): switches between light and dark appearance.
- Aktualisieren (Refresh): reloads the view.
Status colors
| Indicator | Meaning |
|---|---|
| gesichert (Backed up) | The last backup was successful. |
| läuft (Running) | A backup is running now. |
| prüfen (Check) | The last backup ran with warnings or was missing. |
| hängt (Stuck) | A backup is not making progress. |
| noch keine (None yet) | There is no backup for the device yet. |
