Reports for audits and insurance

Under Compliance (Compliance) and Nachweis (Report), you find your backup operations report for management, auditors, and insurance.

1. Open Compliance and Nachweis.
2. Select the month. The current month and the five previous months are available.
3. The summary lists the successful nights, the devices in the report, and the retention. Below that, all devices appear in detail: type, last successful backup, successful nights, runs, volume, and retention.
4. Click Drucken / Als PDF speichern (Print / Save as PDF). Your browser opens the print dialog, where you also save as PDF.

Under Compliance, you also find Rücksicherungstest (Restore test), Notfallplan (Emergency plan), and Schutzinventar (Protection inventory). These sections are still in preparation in my.ingos.com and currently show no entries.

If you need a report on restore tests or want to coordinate an emergency plan with INGOS, submit a request to INGOS.
