Under Einstellungen (Settings) you see how your backup is set up. INGOS sets up changes for you. For that, most sections include an Änderung anfragen (Request a change) or Anfragen (Request) button that opens a prefilled request.

Backup plan and retention
Here you see the schedules and the retention, tiered by days, weeks, months, and years. An example: daily for 30 days, weekly for 8 weeks, monthly for 12 months, and yearly for 2 years.
For a different time of day or longer retention, click Änderung anfragen.
Email notifications
Here you see whether reports and error alerts by email are active, and how many recipients receive them. The setting applies to all sites. Request new or different recipients with Änderung anfragen.
Microsoft 365
Here you see whether Microsoft 365 is backed up, and whether the whole organization or selected mailboxes, teams, groups, and sites are included. If Microsoft 365 is not set up yet, request it with Microsoft 365 freischalten anfragen (Request Microsoft 365 activation). INGOS takes care of the setup.
