The update appears in the Windows Update panel on the Servers, even though these Servers do not have a WinRE partition (which the update targets).

Additionally, when attempting to run the update both locally on the server and through another update manager, error 0x80070643 occurs.

The current workaround involves adding the registry value mentioned below on systems where WINRE has been disabled or on devices without WINRE.
