1. Overview

Enhancements:

  • You can now add or remove tags for documents in bulk within content management.
  • Users can now access all apps through Managed Google Play on their devices.
  • eSIM configuration is now retained after a factory reset on iOS devices.
  • Live voicemails can now be restricted on iOS devices.
  • Adding iOS widgets to macOS devices can now be restricted.
  • The map view in Inventory has been upgraded to a faster and more secure version 3.0 API.
  • Installation restrictions for third-party marketplace apps can now be configured for iOS devices (applicable only to EU users).
  • Export and third-party access to private keys can now be set in Certificate, AD Certificate, and SCEP profiles for macOS.
  • Device deprovisioning can now be done from the ME MDM app for devices enrolled via invitation and self-enrollment.
  • The distributed app version code and installed app version code for Android apps are now viewable in the App Repository and "App Installation Summary" report.
  • Expiry dates for updates on iOS, iPadOS, and tvOS are now displayed in update deployment remarks.

Fixed:

  • Issues with user assignment failing for staged devices have been resolved.
  • The Asset Tag Information profile is now applied correctly on iOS devices.
  • Issues with uploading CSV files have been fixed.
  • Modifications to ABM servers in certain cases are now functioning properly.
  • Access restrictions for permitted groups under the technician role have been resolved.
  • You can now add a custom message of up to five lines in the Asset Tag Information profile.
  • Issues with renewing the APNs certificate by technicians without access to all customers have been addressed.
  • Distribution issues with the uploaded Terms of Use file to devices have been fixed.
  • Issues with skipping the ABM server settings page have been resolved.
  • Users with the "Auditor" role can now access the Home page.
  • Table alignment issues in the Remote Control tab have been fixed.
  • iOS/iPadOS app configurations are now re-distributed when dependent dynamic variables change.
  • Scheduled inactive device reports will not be sent if "Receive emails even when no data is available" is set to "NO."
  • Issues with resending expired invites for new users under User Administration have been resolved.

Enhancements:

  • MDM now supports plist files and schema supported by the App Config Community for uploading iOS app configurations.
  • App size details for iOS apps are now viewable.
  • You can now skip the Action button page during device setup in ABM enrollment for iPhone 15 Pro, iPhone 15 Pro Max, and above.
  • Minor improvements have been made to restrict access to the MDM web console to HTTPS only for enhanced security.
  • The data sync time during Analytics integration has been optimized.
  • Simple Certificate Enrollment Protocol (SCEP) policy now supports a 4096-bit key size.
  • Minor improvements have been made to device authentication settings for enhanced security.
  • The OS upgrade time for Apple devices is now visible under the Inventory view.
  • Postgres has been upgraded from version 10.23 to 14.10.
  • JRE has been upgraded from version 1.8.0_352 to 11.0.20.
  • Profiles can now be modified directly from group and device views.

Fixed:

  • Dashboard loading issues for users with limited permissions have been fixed.
  • Group data loading issues in the App Repository within Mobile Device Management have been addressed.
  • Issues with modifying universal apps have been resolved.
  • Posting asset details of MDM devices to SDP in integrated setups now functions correctly.
  • Selecting multiple apps in the Windows Multi-app Kiosk profile now works as expected.
  • Remote view for iOS and iPadOS is no longer supported for versions below 13.0.
  • Filtering and sorting actions in MDM Inventory now work as intended.
  • ABM expiry notification emails are now sent correctly.
  • In iOS Multi-app Kiosk mode, up to 350 apps can now be selected.
  • Distributed app version code and installed app version code for Android apps are now viewable in the App Repository and "App Installation Summary" report.
  • Minor bug fixes in enrollment have been implemented.
  • Switching display language to "Korean" now reflects correctly on the console.
  • An issue with enrollment invites sent by mail, where QR codes were missing in some cases, has been resolved.
  • Device-specific issues with loading the app catalog for iOS 12 have been fixed.
