1. Overview

  • Added:

    • A "Read Only" status when syncing resources (EWS), displaying availability when adding them to appointments.
    • Previews for various file types across multiple areas.
    • Attendees can hide or close the right-side panel during online meetings.
    • Improved connection speeds, screen sharing, camera, and audio in online meetings.
    • Support for up to 16 audio/video participants in meetings using custom STUN/TURN servers.
    • Ensured automatic SSL certificates renew correctly when multiple domains share the same hostname.
    • A domain name column was added to the automatic certificates overview.
    • Introduced field limits for specific fields (e.g., Max Message Size) to prevent errors.

 

  • Changed:

    • Display names with parentheses in address fields are now wrapped in quotes to ensure deliverability.
    • When only one calendar is available, the message "No additional calendars are available" is now shown in scheduling settings.
    • Styling and text adjustments were made for a better user experience in scheduling.
    • Server-side string translations now use memory more efficiently.
    • Information from JSON files was moved to SBIN files to improve system performance.

 

  • Fixed:

    • Issues with malformed MIME headers in messages that caused delivery delays have been resolved.
    • Incorrect "From" addresses in Outlook (MAPI) due to malformed headers have been corrected.
    • Messages sent to mailing lists no longer encounter DKIM and ARC signature issues on recipient servers.
    • Resolved issues where INGOS Mail calendars did not appear in Zoom's web interface when shared.
    • Fixed CSV import problems and missing subfolder indentation in archives.
    • Time zone issues in scheduling on Linux systems have been corrected.
    • Resource availability is now accurately displayed as reserved/unavailable instead of tentative.
    • Uploading folders with subfolders to file storage no longer causes errors.
    • Issues with alias management, where adding or removing email addresses caused errors, have been fixed.
    • DKIM signatures are no longer removed when messages are forwarded.
    • Throttling limits for mailing lists are now applied correctly.
    • The delete button for Primary Admins no longer activates improperly when viewing settings.

  • Added: New translation strings for Scheduling, including "Appointment Description" and "Calendar Description."

  • Changed: Enhanced overall UI/UX for Scheduling.

  • Fixed:
    • Alias addresses may be missing from the "FROM" field when composing a message.
    • Aliases can appear duplicated when selecting a "FROM" address in a reply sent to that alias.
    • Autoresponders configured via webmail can be altered if the account uses EAS.
    • The "From" field can display twice when using an alias with specific settings.
    • Multiple edits to an alias can disrupt related features, such as a signature.
    • Malformed headers from external senders can indefinitely delay email delivery.
    • Meeting invites with inline images from eM Client (EWS) may display broken images for attendees.
    • Public Scheduling page may not consider a person’s availability when displaying times.
    • Recipient list in a GAL-enabled alias may break if an invalid or different domain address is entered.
    • Scheduling might allow users to set appointments outside of available hours in certain cases.
    • Cyren startup/licensing errors are reported on some Windows/Linux environments.
    • Virus Quarantine list in the spool occasionally appears blank.
    • Subfolders may not display properly when configuring Content Filter Actions.
    • Linux installer consistently prompts for the web server type.
    • X-Ham-Report header can cause an error when processing messages through the drop folder or spool.

  • Changed:
    • The Autodiscover Encryption setting for SMTP IN (Settings > Protocols) is now a toggle instead of a dropdown.
    • Reduced attachment size limit from 500 MB to 100 MB for compatibility with third-party servers and services.
    • Scheduling now includes a default "Appointment Type" when enabled.
  • Fixed:
    • Red toast notifications may appear if File Storage Limits are set too high.
    • Administrator logs show a null reference exception linked to NTLM.
    • A calendar sync (CalDAV) issue affecting specific scenarios.
    • Chronic Cyren startup errors on bare-metal Linux installations.
    • Changes to an alias name are not reflected consistently.
    • Domains are not alphabetically listed in the "Impersonate User" modal.
    • Cancel button and "Unsaved changes" modal may appear unintentionally on the Scheduling settings page.
    • Online Meetings option is missing from Domain Defaults.
    • Arabic filenames are occasionally altered in Outlook (POP).
    • Persian text alignment changes when English text is included mid-sentence.
    • Proposing a new meeting time in webmail does not display correctly to the organizer in Outlook.
    • Renaming a user may fail, leaving the username unchanged.
    • Some users may experience issues after editing and resetting their account details.
    • Unable to impersonate a user when LDAP authentication is enabled.
    • Domain-level country blocks ignore whitelisted IP entries.
    • Specific configurations may lead to an incorrect "FROM" address in forwarded messages.
  • Security: Resolved one or more security issues.

  • Changed: Updated "Use To: address for reply" setting to "Use received address from message on reply."

 

  • Fixed:
    • "Use received address from message on reply" does not work properly with multiple SMTP accounts.
    • Content filtering "Move-To" option does not fully display folder hierarchy.
    • DMARC fails for domain aliases.
    • IMAP BODY.PEEK command does not always retrieve email data correctly.
    • IMAP subfolders may not sync properly with certain email clients.
    • "From" field can occasionally be parsed incorrectly in the message header.
    • Legacy SOAP API call "DisableDomain" is nonfunctional.
    • Mobile webmail calendar may display with stacking issues.
    • Occasional "Unknown domain" notification when accessing a user's account.
    • Email categories do not always display.
    • Numbering appears indented, but bullet points are not, in webmail Chat.
    • Save button remains active even if a default "Appointment Type" is not set in Scheduling.
    • DMARC and DKIM checks may be incorrect when SRS forwards a message.
    • Zoom Calendar integration (EWS) does not always respect existing appointments in a INGOS MAIL calendar.
