IT-Support Engineer (m/f/d)

You have a successfully completed training as an IT specialist (f/m/d) in system integration or a comparable qualification, Experience in IT helpdesk / IT support, good knowledge of Windows client and server operating systems, independent, autonomous way of working and team-orientation.

 

Strong communication skills and high service orientation and very good knowledge of written and spoken German and English.

 

Strong sensitivity and knowledge in the field of cyber security, including experience in dealing with current cyber threats and their defence.

 

What will you do

Provision of technical support for end users (1st and 2nd level), including fault diagnosis and problem solving via telephone, e-mail and remote tools.

Installation, configuration and maintenance of hardware, software and network devices. Documenting and tracking support cases in our helpdesk system.

Liaising with other IT teams to plan and carry out system updates and maintenance.

Training employees in the use of new technologies and systems.

Contributing to the continuous improvement of our IT support processes and policies.
